Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Learn how to manage your subscription — from upgrading to access more features to pausing or canceling when needed.
Your Subscription
Check Your Current Plan
- Click your avatar → Settings
- Go to Billing
- Your current plan is displayed at the top
You'll see:
- Plan name (Free, Pro, Enterprise)
- Price and billing frequency
- Next billing date
- Status (Active, Canceled, Past Due)
Upgrading
Why Upgrade?
Upgrading unlocks:
- More AI conversations and tokens
- Access to all AI models
- Increased generation limits
- Team collaboration features
- Priority support
- Advanced analytics
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade or Change Plan
- Select your desired plan
- Review the price difference
- Confirm and enter payment details
- Your new plan activates immediately
Prorated Billing
When you upgrade mid-cycle:
- You only pay the difference for remaining days
- No double-charging for the same period
- New features are available immediately
Example: If you upgrade from Free to Pro ($29/month) halfway through the month, you'll pay approximately $14.50 for the remaining 15 days.
Annual vs Monthly
Save money by paying annually:

To switch to annual:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Switch to Annual
- Pay the annual amount
- Enjoy a full year of access
Downgrading
Before You Downgrade
Consider:
- You'll lose access to premium features
- Usage limits will be reduced
- Team features may become unavailable
- Generated content remains accessible
How to Downgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review what you'll lose access to
- Confirm the change
When Downgrade Takes Effect
- Your current plan continues until the end of your billing period
- The new plan starts on your next billing date
- No partial refunds for the current period
Downgrading to Free
If you switch to the Free plan:
- All premium features are removed at period end
- Your data and content remain accessible
- You can upgrade again anytime
Canceling
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription
- Tell us why (optional feedback)
- Confirm cancellation
After Cancellation
- You keep full access until your billing period ends
- Your data is retained for 30 days after expiration
- You'll receive a reminder before data deletion
- Resubscribe anytime to restore access
Pause vs Cancel
Currently, the platform doesn't offer a pause option. If you need a break:
- Cancel your subscription
- Resubscribe when you're ready
- Your data is saved for 30 days
Resubscribing
After Cancellation
To resubscribe:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Resubscribe or Choose Plan
- Select your plan
- Complete payment
- Access is restored immediately
After Data Deletion
If your data was deleted (30+ days after cancellation):
- You can still create a new subscription
- Previous data is not recoverable
- You'll start fresh
Billing Cycle
How Billing Works
- Monthly plans — Charged same day each month
- Annual plans — Charged same day each year
- Team plans — Charged to team owner
Changing Your Billing Date
The billing date is set when you first subscribe and cannot be changed. If you need a different date:
- Cancel your current subscription
- Wait until your desired date
- Resubscribe
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll retry the charge automatically
- Update your payment method if needed
- Service continues for a grace period
- After grace period, access may be suspended
Team Subscriptions
Team vs Personal

Team Subscription Management
Only the team Owner can:
- Upgrade or downgrade the team plan
- Update payment methods
- View invoices
- Cancel the team subscription
Leaving a Team
If you leave a team:
- You lose access to team features
- Your personal subscription (if any) is unaffected
- No charges to your personal payment method
Subscription FAQ
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The Free plan lets you try the platform. Some paid plans may also offer trial periods.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal.
Can I get a refund?
- Full refund if you cancel within 7 days (first subscription only)
- No partial refunds for monthly plans
- Annual plans may be eligible for prorated refunds — contact support
What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends
- You can export your data during this period
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
Can I have multiple subscriptions?
- One subscription per personal account
- One subscription per team you own
- You can be a member of multiple teams
How do I update my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
Where can I see my payment history?
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
