Stay informed with in-app and email notifications from the platform.
The platform keeps you informed about important updates, team activity, and AI task completions through notifications.
Notification Types
In-App Notifications
Real-time alerts within the platform:
- Appear in the notification bell icon
- Show unread count badge
- Click to view and take action
- Persist until you dismiss them
Email Notifications
Updates delivered to your inbox:
- Sent to your account email
- Include quick action links
- Can be customized per category
- Follow your notification preferences
What You'll Be Notified About
Account Activity
- Account created / welcome email
- Password changed
- New sign-in from unknown device
- Security alerts
Team Updates
- Invitation to join a team
- Added to or removed from a team
- Role changed
- Team settings updated by admin
AI & Generation
- Long-running tasks completed
- Generation finished (when you've navigated away)
- Agent task results
- Errors that need attention
Billing
- Subscription renewed
- Payment successful / failed
- Plan upgraded / downgraded

Managing Notifications
Access Notification Settings
- Click your avatar in the top right
- Select Settings
- Go to Notifications
View Your Notifications
- Click the bell icon in the top right
- See unread notifications first
- Click a notification to view details
- Click Mark all as read to clear
Customize Preferences
Choose which notifications you receive:

For configurable categories:
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle each notification type on/off
- Choose channel (in-app, email, or both)
- Save your preferences
Email Notification Settings
Frequency Options
For non-urgent notifications:
- Immediately — As soon as they happen
- Daily digest — Once per day summary
- Weekly digest — Once per week summary
- Never — Disable email notifications
Managing Email Preferences
- Go to Settings → Notifications → Email
- Set frequency for each category
- Choose digest timing (morning, evening)
- Save changes
Unsubscribe from Emails
Each email includes an unsubscribe link:
- Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email
- Choose which notifications to stop receiving
- Or manage all preferences in settings
Browser Notifications
Enable Browser Notifications
Get real-time notifications even when not on the platform:
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Click Enable Browser Notifications
- Allow when your browser asks for permission
- Test with the Send Test Notification button
Browser Notification Tips
- Works when the platform is open in any tab
- Shows even when minimized
- Click notification to jump to the platform
- Disable in browser settings if needed
Notification Best Practices
Stay Organized
- Check notifications regularly
- Act on or dismiss notifications promptly
- Use the Mark all as read feature
- Adjust preferences if you're getting too many
Reduce Noise
- Turn off notifications you don't need
- Use digest mode for less urgent updates
- Keep critical notifications on (security, billing)
- Review preferences periodically
Stay Informed
- Keep security notifications enabled
- Enable team notifications if you collaborate
- Get completion alerts for long tasks
- Allow important system announcements
Troubleshooting
Not Receiving Email Notifications
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add our email to your contacts
- Verify notification is enabled in settings
- Check the email address on your account
- Wait a few minutes (slight delays are normal)
Not Receiving In-App Notifications
- Refresh the page
- Check the notification bell for updates
- Verify notification is enabled in settings
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Try a different browser
Browser Notifications Not Working
- Check browser permission settings
- Ensure the platform has notification permission
- Verify notifications are enabled in settings
- Make sure browser isn't in focus mode/DND
- Try re-enabling in settings
Too Many Notifications
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Disable non-essential categories
- Switch to digest mode for frequent updates
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails if not wanted
Notification Privacy
What We Track
- Delivery status (sent, delivered, opened for email)
- Click-through for important links
- Unsubscribe preferences
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell notification data
- We don't share with third parties
- You can delete notification history anytime
Deleting Notification History
To clear your notification history:
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Click Clear Notification History
- Confirm deletion
This removes past notifications but doesn't change future preferences.
