Quick Start Guide
Create your account and start using AI features in minutes.
Get started with the platform in just a few minutes. This guide walks you through creating your account, navigating the platform, and using your first AI features.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign Up
- Go to the Sign Up page
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Click Create Account
Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a verification message
- Click the verification link in the email
- You'll be redirected to the platform
Tip: If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification link.
Alternative Sign-In Methods
You can also sign up using:
- Google — Use your Google account
- GitHub — Sign in with GitHub
- Magic Link — Get a passwordless sign-in link via email
Step 2: Explore the Dashboard
After signing in, you'll land on your personal dashboard. Here's what you'll find:
Navigation Menu
The sidebar gives you quick access to:
- Agents — Access all AI agents and GenAI Studio
- Settings — Manage your account and preferences
- Billing — View and manage your subscription
- Team — Manage team members (if you have a team account)
Workspace Switcher
At the top of the sidebar, you can switch between:
- Your Personal Account — Private workspace
- Team Accounts — Shared workspaces you belong to
Step 3: Try Your First AI Feature
GenAI Studio (Multi-Model Chat)
- Click Agents in the sidebar
- Select GenAI Studio
- Choose an AI model from the dropdown (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, etc.)
- Type your message and press Enter
- Watch the AI respond in real-time!
Try this: Ask "What are the key differences between Claude and GPT-4?"
Jira Triage Agent
If you use Jira for project management:
- Navigate to Agents → Jira Triage
- Configure your Jira connection in settings
- The agent will help you categorize, prioritize, and analyze tickets
Image Generation
Create AI-generated images:
- Go to Agents → Image Generation
- Describe the image you want to create
- Choose your preferred settings (aspect ratio, style)
- Click Generate
Step 4: Customize Your Experience
Update Your Profile
- Click your avatar in the top right
- Select Settings
- Update your display name and avatar
- Save your changes
Enable Notifications
Stay informed about important updates:
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Choose which notifications you want to receive
- Enable browser notifications for real-time alerts
Step 5: Invite Your Team (Optional)
Want to collaborate with others?
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Create Team to set up a new team workspace
- Invite members by entering their email addresses
- Assign roles: Owner, Admin, or Member

Troubleshooting
Can't Sign In?
- Forgot password? — Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page
- Email not verified? — Check spam or request a new verification email
- OAuth issues? — Try signing in with email/password instead
AI Features Not Working?
- Check your subscription status in Settings → Billing
- Ensure you have available usage credits
- Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in
