File Management

Upload, organize, and manage files in the platform.

The platform lets you upload files for AI processing and stores your generated content. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing files.

Uploading Files

Profile Picture

Update your avatar:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click on your current avatar
  4. Upload a new image
  5. Crop if needed
  6. Save changes

Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF Maximum size: 5 MB Recommended: Square images, at least 200x200 pixels

Team Avatar

Update your team's logo:

  1. Switch to the team workspace
  2. Go to Settings → Team
  3. Click the team avatar
  4. Upload and crop your logo
  5. Save changes

Document Uploads

Upload files for AI processing:

  1. Open the relevant AI feature
  2. Click the attachment/upload button
  3. Select files from your computer
  4. Or drag and drop files into the upload area
  5. Wait for upload to complete

Managing Your Files

View Uploaded Files

Find your files in different places:

  • Profile Settings — Your avatar
  • AI Features — Files uploaded for processing
  • Generated Content — Images, music, and other creations

Download Files

To download a file:

  1. Find the file you want
  2. Click the download icon or button
  3. Choose format if options are available
  4. File saves to your downloads folder

Delete Files

To remove a file:

  1. Find the file
  2. Click the delete icon (trash can)
  3. Confirm deletion

Note: Deleted files cannot be recovered.

Generated Content

Saving AI Outputs

When AI generates content:

  • Images — Click Save to keep in your collection
  • Music — Click Save to add to your library
  • Text — Copy or export as needed

Organizing Collections

Create collections for your generated content:

  1. Go to the relevant feature (Image Generation, Music Generation)
  2. Click Collections or My Library
  3. Create new collections with descriptive names
  4. Add items to collections
  5. Tag items for easy searching

Exporting Content

Export your generated content:

  1. Select the item(s) you want to export
  2. Click Export or Download
  3. Choose format:
    • Images: PNG, JPEG
    • Audio: MP3, WAV
    • Text: Markdown, JSON, Text
  4. Download to your device

Check Your Usage

  1. Go to Settings → Usage
  2. View storage used and remaining
  3. See file count

Managing Storage

If you're running low on storage:

  1. Delete old or unused files
  2. Remove duplicate content
  3. Export and download important files
  4. Clear generation history
  5. Upgrade your plan for more storage

Sharing Files

Within Your Team

In team workspaces:

  • Generated content is accessible to all team members
  • Uploaded files in team contexts are shared
  • Personal account files remain private

Download to Share

To share files outside the platform:

  1. Download the file to your device
  2. Share via email, cloud storage, or messaging
  3. Consider file licensing for generated content

File Security

Encryption

All files are:

  • Encrypted during upload (in transit)
  • Encrypted on our servers (at rest)
  • Accessible only to authorized users

Access Control

  • Personal files: Only you can access
  • Team files: Accessible to team members
  • Role-based: Some features may require specific roles

Virus Scanning

Uploaded files are scanned for malware to protect you and other users.

Upload Tips

  1. Use high-quality images — Better inputs = better AI results
  2. Optimize file sizes — Compress when possible
  3. Use descriptive names — Makes finding files easier
  4. Organize regularly — Delete what you don't need

Security Tips

  1. Don't upload sensitive personal documents unnecessarily
  2. Be aware of team access when uploading to team workspaces
  3. Review files before sharing
  4. Delete confidential files when no longer needed

Troubleshooting

Upload Failed

  • Check file size (may exceed limit)
  • Verify file format is supported
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser
  • Clear browser cache and retry

File Won't Open

  • Try downloading and opening locally
  • Check if format is supported by your device
  • File may be corrupted — try re-uploading

Missing Files

  • Check you're in the correct workspace (personal vs. team)
  • Use search to find files
  • Files may have been deleted
  • Check the feature where you originally uploaded

Storage Full

  • Delete unused files
  • Clear old generated content
  • Export important files and delete originals
